WU: Partner Rowling

A. Strength: Strict Press (15:00)
Find an 8RM.

B. Conditioning
“Angie-ish”
AMRAP 15
10 Pull ups
10 HR push ups
10 Sit ups
10 Air Squats

All movements will be synchronized.
Pull ups = chin over the bar at the same time.
Push ups = locked in top position and chest on ground at the same time.
Sit ups = high five at top
Squats = Bottom and top together.

Extra Credit: Meal Prep

Get ready for the 24HR Nutrition challenge! 24hrs only eating foods made by Mother nature, nothing man-made. Veggies good. Cookies bad.
