3 pull ups at 85% of heavy single established in A1.
B. Conditioning:

ME pull ups
3:01-6:00
ME double unders
6:01-9:00
ME kettlebell swings (53/35)
9:01-12:00
ME Burpees
Record number of reps for each movement. Score is total reps.
