A. Strength: Strict Press/Push Press (10:00)
Build to a heavy complex of:
3 Strict Presses + 3 Push Presses

B. Conditioning:
1 RFT, With Partner:
150 T2B (resting partner holds plank)
120 DB Snatches (alternating, 50/35)
90 HSPU (scale = Z presses)

 

Divide the reps any way you choose - as long as its equal.
