A. Strength: Power snatch

Build top a heavy T&G triple

B. Conditioning:

In teams of three:

3 Rounds for time of: 

25 Cal row

20 Burpees

15 Power snatches (95/65)

Waterfall style, you can not go to the next station until the person in front of you finishes all of their reps at that station. Workout is finished when all three members complete all three rounds. Watch out for that logjam!!

When you workout with a new buddy, crush it, and suddenly you're BFFs.
