3-3-3-3-3-3, Climbing. Record top triple. reps must look perfect.

B. Conditioning: Partner WOD

For time, with a partner:

400m run together

60 KBs (53/35)

80 Slamballs (30/20)

100 Double unders

100 Double unders

80 Slamballs

60 KBs

400m run together

Split the reps any way you choose, so long as its still equal.

Time cap: 24 minutes
