WU: Coach's Choice

A. Strength: Bench press / Ring Rows + Static Hold (15:00)
5 x 2 @80%

After each working set, complete 10 Ring Rows with a :10 hold at the top of the 10th rep.

B. Conditioning
Teams of 3
AMRAP 20:
10/7 Calorie Row
9 Burpees over erg
8 DB Power Cleans (scale with KB cleans)

Full rounds, then switch.
