A. In teams of three with only one person working at a time, each partner completes 3 rounds for time (rotating one round at a time):

Followed immediately by
3 rounds each for time, one person working at a time...

20 T2B 
Followed immediately by a run around the block with medball (20#/14#) - as a team. Workout ends when all team members have returned to their rower.
