WU: Turkish get-ups (10 minutes)
work up to a heavy 5 on each arm

A. Strength: Shoulders (15 minutes)
Strict press: 5-5-5-5, 4 sets, climbing
Push press: 3-3-3, 3 sets, climbing
Split jerk: 3-2-1, 3 sets, climbing
Record the last lift for each movement. Stick to the prescribed sets/reps.

B. Conditioning
For time:
21-15-9
HSPUs
T2B
KBs (70/53)

Time cap: 14 minutes

Extra Credit:
100 Hollowrocks for time.
