120 Cal Row (switch every 10 cal)
100 Banded Tricep Pull Downs (switch every 25)
80 Synchro Sit Ups (high five at the top)
60 DB Curls (35s/20s, switch every 15 reps, 1 rep = both arms)
40 Box Jumps (alternate every rep)
20 Wallwalks (Alternate)
40 Box Jumps (alternate every rep)
60 DB Curls (35s/20s, switch every 15 reps, 1 rep = both arms)
80 Synchro Sit Ups
