Warm-up

In today's warm up take it easy and just get blood flowing. You may also bike or ski.

10 HR Push Ups
1 Round of Durante's Core*

Take your time and be mindful throughout the workout. Work on the quality of each pull on the rower, each pull up and Push up. Chug through this workout at an honest pace - but keep your mind focused on quality and controlling your heart rate.
There is no measure/score on today's workout. If I have access to a pool I sub the row for a 100-200m swim.
