We will be doing a series of TABATAs today. Each TABATA consists of 8 rounds of :20 work / :10 rest. Each section has a different measure so pay attention to that. Order does not matter - but go ahead and assume you will be knocked out after the bike TABATA.

you can use the ski if not enough equipment. Let's stay away from the rower today if possible. (Let's save our quads for 19.5's imminent thrusters)

TABATA: DOUBLE UNDERS
