A. Bench press:
E3MOTM for 15 mins.
5 reps.  Increase every set.  Goal is to establish today's 5 RM 
B. Complete a full TABATA at each station. 1 minute rest between stations.
TABATA: Calorie row
TABATA: Ring dips
TABATA: Burpees
TABATA: Wallballs 
score = total reps.
