3 Hang power cleans
3 Hang squat cleans
3 Front squats
A. Strength: The Hang Squat Clean
12 minutes to work up to a heavy single.
B. Conditioning:

AMRAP 20 Mins:
5 Deadlifts
5 Hang cleans
5 Front squats
5 Push jerks
5 Back squats
