Squats and "Cindy"

WU. With an empty barbell complete the following complex:
3 hang power cleans
3 hang squat cleans
3 front squats
A. Strength: Back Squats
E2MOTM for 12 minutes (6 sets):

Back Squat 2 reps:

*Sets 1-2 – 55-65%
*Sets 3-4 – 65-75%
*Sets 5-6 – 75-85%

B Conditioning:

For time:

5 rounds of "Cindy"

20 hang squat cleans (135/95)

5 rounds of "Cindy"

*1 round of "Cindy" = 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats.

15 mins cap, scale accordingly.
