WU. Bulgarian Split Squats
3 x 8 (each leg)
A. Strength: Pause Front Squat
12 minutes to establish a heavy 3 (3 second pause on the bottom of each rep)
B. Strength: Strict press
4 x 8 @~60% of your 1RM.
C. Conditioning: 
EMOTM until you cannot complete within the minute 
3 wallballs + 5 T2B
wallballs + 5 T2B
wallballs + 5 T2B
12 wallballs + 5 T2B
15 wallballs + 5 T2B*
etc...
*If you can no longer complete the wallballs + T2B continue with 3 wallballs + 5 T2B EMOTM until every member is "out."
This is me when I program something nasty...
