Work up to a heavy (each arm)

Conditioning:

Bill Murray KB farmer's carry (53/35)

20 KBs (USSR, each hand holding a KB)

40 Shoot throughs

20 KBs (USSR, each hand holding a KB)

Extra Credit:

Do the W.O.W.

I'm pretty sure this is what my mom thinks I do when I tell her I do "CrossFit."
