3 Snatch balances
A1. Strength/Skill:
10 minutes to establish a heavy snatch balance
A2. Strength/Skill:
10 minutes to establish a heavy hang snatch single
B. Conditioning:
3 rounds for time:
50 Double unders
7 hang snatches
Rx = 115/75, Rx+ = 155/105
15 min cap.
