Strength:
A1: Tempo Back Squats - 15 Minutes to Establish a Heavy Double 5.3.1
Followed by:
A2: E2MOTM for 6 mins:
3 Back Squats @80% of weight established in Part A1 (above)
Conditioning:
B. AMRAP 12 mins:
Wallballs
T2B
Ascending ladder 3..6..9..12..15..and so on
