With an empty bar
5 High hang power snatches
4 Hign hang snatches
3 Hang snatches
x 3
A. Strength: Overhead Squats (15 minutes)
5 x 5 @ 65% of your 1RM OHS (Light / Moderate weight)
This is intentionally not THAT heavy.  Concentrate on shoulder stability and good body positioning and bar path throughout entire lift.  
B. Conditioning: 
MEMORY/Mind sweeper style mystery WoD (25 minutes)
