2 rounds not for time:
10 Turkish get-ups, (5 each arm, alternating arms)
1 rope climb (wear something to protect your legs from the rope burn, Ex: long socks, pants, knee sleeves over your shins...)
A. Strength: Pendlay Rows
10 minutes to work up to a heavy triple
AMRAP in 3 mins
12 KBs (USSR, 70/53)
12 Unbroken wallballs
40 Double unders (Rx+ = unbroken with a check point at 20)
rest 1 minute and repeat 2 more times
