A. Strength: Deadlift
12 minutes to work up to 2 x 3 @90% of your 1RM
B. Strength: Push press
3 push presses E2MOTM for 10 minutes (5 sets)
Increasing weight each set by ~8-10%, working your way to AHAP
C. Conditioning
AMRAP 8 minutes:
8 S2OH (135/95)
8 Over-the-bar burpees
