A. Strength: Weighted pull ups (10 minutes)
5-5-5-5-5-5-5, Climbing in weight
If you dont yet have pull ups work on nagitives and other bandless techniques to strengthen your pull ups.
B. Strength/technique: Snatch complex
15  minutes to work up to a heavy complex of:
1 power snatch + 1 Hang power snatch + 1 power snatch (touch and go) + 2 hang power snatches
