Record total pounds lifted.
1 x 10, 1 x 8, 1 x 6, 1 x 4, 1 x 2
All sets count.
Super set this with weighted pull ups. Climb in weight with those, as well. Beat Sunday, 11/18/19.
Newer athletes: Complete the bench as prescribed. Focus on quality movement over weight. Ring Rows will be a great sub for pull ups.
