Warm-up
With a partner,

Complete a 2k row.
One partner at a time. Alternate every 500m.
These rows are single-arm rows, like the one we did that adaptive day we had a few weeks back.

 

"Resting" partner holds a plank. "Working" partner may only row when rester is planking.

Strict Pull ups (Challenging, False-Grip Ring Rows)
Strict Ring Dips (Diamond Push Ups)
Time Cap: 32:00

The focus here is quality of the movement - NOT TIME.
Go as hard as you want on the bike/row, but keep the other movements at a strict pace.
