5 minutes to warm up snatch

1-4: 1 @70% (or climb to 70% if yo need more warm up time)
5-8: 1@75% of 1RM
9-12: 1 @80% of 1RM
 
B. Conditioning (16:30)
AMRAP 3
3 Power* Snatches (95/65 )
6 OHS (95/65)
10 T2B
 

Rest 1:30 between rounds
 

Repeat for 4 rounds.
Record all 4 rounds.


*3rd snatch in each set can be a full snatch and may be counted as first OHS. First two snatches must be power.
