50ft Handstand walk (36 shoulder taps in plank or handstand, 18/18)

A. Strength: Power Clean and Jerk (18 minutes)
Build to a heavy power clean and jerk double (1 PC/J + 1 PC/J).
These do not have to be drop and go and you may drop the bar after your jerk. Rest no more than 5 seconds between lifts.

B. Conditioning
