Power Clean Warm-Up

With an empty bar or PVC:
4 Hang muscle cleans
4 Hang power cleans
4 Strict presses
4 Power cleans
4 Jerks (push or split OK)
x 3

Weightlifting: Power Clean

EMOTM 10: 1 PC + 1 HPC + 1 PC @60-75% of 1RM PC

Your focus should be on speed and quality of movement. If you are not achieving these objectives go lighter so you do.

20 T2B (V-ups)
30 Wallballs
40 Burpees
50 Double Unders
