12 Dumbbell Thrusters (light)
12 C2Ring Ring Rows
50ft Burpee Broad jumps

 

A. Strength: Front Squats / Box jumps (superset) (20 minutes)
4 x 4 @75% of your 1RM front squat.
Perform 5 Box jumps after each set, including warm ups sets, (30/24, Jump up, step down)

 

B. Conditioning
“Medusa”
AMRAP 8
4 Rounds of:
10 Db Thrusters (50/35, 35/20)
10 C2B
Once the 4 rounds are completed...
ME Games’ Style burpees (to 6” target) in time remaining.
