A. Strength: Back squat (Wendler, week 2.3) (18 minutes)

80% x 3
90% x AMRAP

B. Strength: Strict press (Wendler, week 2.2) (10 minutes)
70% x 3
80% x 3
90% x AMRAP
Percentages are based off 90% of your 1RM (+5#). Try to beat your score from 2/10/16.
C. Conditioning
