Find a new 1RM

B. Conditioning:

50 Clusters* for time.

Rx = 135/95, 95/65

Time Cap: 12:00

Extra Credit: Planks

1 min on / 1 min off x 5, add weight if you can.

*A Cluster consists of a full clean directly into a thruster. Each lift will start from the ground, have a full squat and end with the barbell locked out over head.
