With an empty bar or PVC:
4 Hang muscle cleans
4 Hang power cleans
4 Front Squats
4 Cleans
x 3

A. Strength 1: Cleans (13:00)
3 minutes to warm up
2 Cleans (T&G or Drop and reset OK)
Climb in weight as you choose

Directly into:

B. Strength 2: Front Squat (10:00)
Work up to a heavy double

C. Conditioning

"Hold Your Horses"
5 Cleans (135/95)
10 T2B

Extra Credit: Planks (9 minutes)
5 x
1 min on / 1 min off.
Add weight if able
