Strength
Bench Press (1 x 10)
Record total pounds lifted.
1 x 10, 1 x 8, 1 x 6, 1 x 4, 1 x 2
All sets count.
Superset this with weighted pull ups. Climb in weight with those, as well.
Newer athletes: Complete the bench as prescribed. Focus on quality movement over weight. Ring Rows will be a great sub for pull ups.

"Just Keep Swimming" (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)

15 Cal Row/Bike
12 Ring Dips

Scale the dips with HR Push ups.
