WU. 2 RNFT:
Inch worms across the box
10 reverse lunges
high kick a.k.a "Toy soldiers" across the box
10 good mornings with PVC
A. Strength: Deadlift
3 x 5 @ 80%
B. Conditioning: Rotating stations EMOTM for 18 mins:
1. Row (15/12 cals = Rx, 12/10 cals scaled)
2. 6 Deadlifts (225/155) + 4 Over-the-bar burpees
3. 5 HSPUs
