10 Hang muscle cleans

10 Power cleans

A. Strength: Power clean complex (15 minutes)

Work up to a heavy complex of:

3 Clean pulls + 2 Power cleans + 1 Hang power clean. 

B. Conditioning: 

For time:

3 Rounds of

10 power clean 135/95

15 HR push ups

then immediately into*

3 rounds of:

30 Sit ups

15 Slamballs (30/20)

Score is total time to finish all rounds.

Time cap: 15 minutes
