Fran is a classic CrossFit Benchmark workout (a.k.a "Girl" workout); perhaps the most famous/infamous of them all.
Athletes aiming for leaderboard status should have their workout validated by a coach or fellow Rx athletes.
We will use "Fran" and other benchmark workouts like "Fran" to measure our progress. Make sure to record your score for future reference.
