A. Strength: Power clean and jerk (18 minutes)

After you've warmed up with weight, here are your working sets:

1 @70%

1 @75%

1 @80%

3x1 @85%

No misses. Record the weight of your 85%.

B. Conditioning:

CrossFit Games Open WOD 13.4

AMRAP 7:

3-6-9-12-15-18-21, etc...

Power cleans & jerks (135/95)

If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.
