Mobility: Hips, knees, ankles, etc


With a empty barbell:

5 hang clean pulls

5 hang cleans

5 clean pulls (mid shin)

5 power cleans

x 3

A. Strength: Power clean (15 minutes)

Work up a to a heavy double (1.1)

B. Conditioning:

5 Rounds for time:

7 power cleans (155/105)

1 Bill Murray run

Time cap: 18 minutes

Extra credit: Planks

1 min on/1 min off x 5 (9 minutes). Add weight if possible
