A. Strength: Deadlift:

E2MOTM for 10 mins (5 sets):
Deadlift x 2 reps @ 80%

B. Conditioning:

EMOTM for 20 mins alternating:

even mins: 3 Deadlifts at 70%

Odd mins: 6 burpee box jumps.
