3 RFQ:
:20 Static Hollow Hold or Hollowrocks
20 Reverse Lunges (10/10, optional to add a little load with DBs or Plate)
3-5 Chin-Ups with a :02 hold at the top of each rep

A. Strength: Deadlift (20 minutes)
5 x 1 @85% of your 1RM

B. Conditioning
For time:
100 WB*
*EMOTM: 4 Deadlifts (275/185)

Workout starts with the deadlifts.
Time Cap: 10:00

Extra Credit: Hollowrocks
