20 double unders (unbroken)
A. Plyometrics: Broad jumps (3 mins)
3 attempts for max distance
B. Strength: Pendlay rows (15 mins)
3 x 3 AHAP (while maintaining solid form)
C. Conditioning:
15 min double under skill work
OR
"Flight Simulator" 
5 unbroken double unders
10 unbroken double unders
15 unbroken double unders
20 unbroken double unders
25 unbroken double unders
30 unbroken double unders
35 unbroken double unders
40 unbroken double unders
45 unbroken double unders
50 unbroken double unders
45 unbroken double unders
40 unbroken double unders
35 unbroken double unders
30 unbroken double unders
25 unbroken double unders
20 unbroken double unders
15 unbroken double unders
10 unbroken double unders
5 unbroken double unders
All sets must be unbroken. You must complete the number of jumps unbroken before you can move on to the next set.  (for exapmple, if you are on the set of 50 and you trip on the 49th double under you still have to complete 50 unbroken double unders to move on).  You MUST stop in between sets (the rope must stop).
