If you're feelin' it, hit a new 3RM.
Suggested rep scheme:
10-7-5-3-3-3-3.
Newer athletes: Build to a heavy triple as well. Your focus is more about getting comfortable with the lift than getting heavy.

Rx = 50s/35s
