WU. Single-leg KB deadlift 
5x8 (each leg) slow and controlled. This about moving well, not lifting tons of weight.
A. Strength: Deadlift (18 minutes)
5x2 @80% of your 1RM (12/17/15)
B. Conditioning:
12 rounds for time:
3 Deadlifts (275/185)
4 Pull ups
5 Over-the-bar burpees 
Time cap: 15 minutes
