Deadlift (5 x 3)

@92.5% of your 3RM

Metcon

Power Snatch Kids (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 7
3-6-9-12...etc
Power Snatch (95/65)
BFB
T2B

Completing the 3s is a round...completing the 6s is a round, etc.
So, if I was 6 snatches into the round of 15s my score would be 4 + 6
