250ft wheelbarrow. Divide with your partner any way you choose. (The main floor is 50ft)

A. Strength: S2OH Complex (10:00)
Build to a heavy complex of
2 Push Push Presses + 2 Jerks (push or split OK)

B. Conditioning:
With your favorite gym Lova
Partner “Jack” (elongated)
AMRAP 26
10 Push Presses (115/75)
10 KBs (53/35)
10 Box jumps

I go you go, switch every full round completed.

Extra Credit: Spend some time with the ones you love.
