3 RNFT:
20-40 Double unders (give yourself a number and try to go unbroken)
7 Muscle up transitions into ring dips
7 C2B pull ups
7 Wallballs
A. Strength: Strict press (Wendler, week 3.2) (12 minutes)
75% x 5
85% x 3
95% x AMRAP
Percentages are based off of 90% of your 1RM (+2.5#)
B. Gymnastic skill work: Muscle ups (7 minutes)
Muscle up practice
Work on muscle up transitions
C. Conditioning:
CrossFit games Open WOD 15.3
AMRAP 14 
7 Muscle ups (scaled = 7 C2B pull ups +7 transitions into ring dips)
50 Wallballs
100 Double unders
If you did last year's Open your goal is to beat your score last year. 
My reaction to WODs with a lot of wallballs...
