A. Strength: Power snatch (18 minutes)
13 minutes to work up to a heavy single. 
then 
@80% of that heavy single
3 x 3 position power snatch minutes
high hang + just above the knees + off the floor (t&g)
B. Conditioing:
AMRAP 12 minutes
12 T2B
8 Box jumps
6 Power snatches (115/75)
Extra Credit: Planks (9 minutes)
1 minute on/1 min off for 5 working sets.
