OHS and pullups

WU. Perform the following complex with an emptry bar 3 times
3 high hang snatches + 3 hang snatches (above the knee) + 3 OHS + 3 snatch balances
A. 20 mins to establish a OHS 8RM
B. 2 RFT
30 OHS (95/65)
30 pull ups
10 min cap*
This metcon should be performed with a weight that allows you to move fairly fast while keeping impeccable form throughout.
