Snatches!

WU. Perform this complex 2 times (with empty bar or PVC):
3 High hang snatches
3 Hang snatches
3 Overhead Squats
3 Snatch balances
A. Strength: Snatch
12 minutes to establish a heavy snatch single.
rest 2 minutes then:
B. Strength/skill: Snatch
EMOM for 7 minutes:
3 snatches @65% of heavy snatch in part A.
C. Conditioning:
1 x 800m run (1x around the block)
As fast as possible. 
800m run for time or a punch in the face...pretty much the same thing....
Anyone notice that this clip is from the movie "Snatch"? Man, I am on point!!
