Establish a new 1RM

B. Conditioning:

For time:

30 Clusters* (135/95)

*A cluster is a Clean + Thruster in one movement. Every rep must begin from the floor, cleaned with a full squat (below parallel) and then, in one fluid motion, thrustered to a full locked out position over head. 

Time cap: 10 minutes

Extra Credit: Planks

5 x 1 min on/1 min off (9 minutes), weighted if possible.
