8-10 Rounds with Purpose:
100ft Sled Push or Drag (50ft turn around, HEAVY)
14 KB/BB BentOver Rows (7/7, AHAP)
8 Sandbag BearHug Squats (100/70)


The sled should be heavy enough that the first 50ft is challenging. Each 50ft segment should be unbroken.
